These terms are an agreement between you and Tropiguna LLC, a California limited liability company (“we”), for your use of Peptun: the website at peptun.com and the app. By creating an account or using Peptun, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Policy explain how we handle your data.

Not medical advice

Peptun helps you record what you take, keep rules you or your clinician set, do dose arithmetic, and read published research. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and nothing in Peptun is a recommendation to start, stop, or change any compound, medication, or dose. It does not replace a qualified healthcare professional. Talk to one before making decisions about your health, and never ignore or delay professional advice because of something you saw in Peptun.

Calculations depend on the numbers you enter. Check them, especially before you draw up or take a dose. If you think you're having a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

Answers generated by AI

Chat answers and lab-report reading are generated by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are not reviewed by a clinician before you see them. Treat them as a starting point for your own research and for conversations with your clinician, not as conclusions.

Compounds and the law

We don't make, sell, prescribe, or supply any compound. Many compounds in Peptun's library aren't approved by the FDA for human use, and some are restricted in some places. Information about regulatory status is for reference, may be out of date, and isn't legal advice. Being in the library isn't a suggestion that you take something. You're responsible for making sure what you do is legal where you are.

Who can use Peptun

You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Peptun is currently an invite-only beta; we decide who gets access and may limit or end access to the beta at any time.

Your account

Keep your login details private and tell us at support@peptun.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Please give us accurate information; Peptun's checks only work on what you enter.

Your data and content

What you put into Peptun stays yours. You give us permission to store, process, and display it only as needed to run Peptun for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't sell it. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time.

Using Peptun fairly

Don't:

• use Peptun to break the law or to help anyone else do so;
• try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours, or interfere with how Peptun runs;
• scrape, copy, or resell Peptun or its library, or use it to build a competing product;
• try to get the chat to produce harmful content or to bypass its safety rules;
• use Peptun on behalf of someone else without their permission.

Beta and pricing

During the beta, Peptun (including Pro features) is free. Features may change, be removed, or not work as expected, and data could be lost, so keep your own copy of anything critical. If we start charging, we'll tell you before anything changes, and you won't be charged without agreeing to it.

Our content

Peptun's software, design, and library content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal use of Peptun. Library entries cite published sources; citing a source isn't an endorsement of it.

Ending your use

You can stop using Peptun and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if needed to protect you, other people, or Peptun, or if we stop offering the service. Where we reasonably can, we'll give you notice and a chance to export your data first.

Disclaimers

Peptun is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that Peptun will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any health outcome, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising from your use of Peptun or your decisions about what to take. Our total liability for any claim relating to Peptun is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or $100. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law while using Peptun, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of dealing with that claim.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Before going to court, please email us so we can try to sort it out informally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll email you before they take effect. If you keep using Peptun after that, the new terms apply.

Everything else

These terms, with our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Policy, are the whole agreement between us about Peptun. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce something right away, we haven't given up the right to. You can't transfer these terms to someone else; we can, as part of a merger or sale of the business.
